When Can a Tyre Be Repaired?
Not every puncture is repairable. In many cases, damage caused by nails or screws in the central tread area can be safely repaired, provided the tyre hasn't been driven flat or suffered internal structural damage. Sidewall punctures, shoulder damage and large cuts generally require tyre replacement for your safety. Every repair begins with a tyre inspection to ensure the tyre meets repair guidelines before any work is carried out.
